V 10K/HT is a micro-hardness tester designed to measure hardness with the Vickers method according to the standard STN EN ISO 6507. The device consists of a welded frame in which the loading and measuring mechanism is placed. The indent is evaluated using a sensitive CCD camera with high-resolution, which is necessary for correct processing of the measured results. The measurement is in automatic mode. The computer of automatic micro-hardness tester V 10K/HT works under operating system Windows.

Software description
The software of device is designed for the collection and statistical evaluation of measured data of hardness testers operating according to the Vickers method. The product uses the network and allows automatic data export to SQL server, where it is possible to further process it. The measurement results are also available to other users thanks to the accessibility of the database in a network environment.
The software is designed to process the image obtained by the CCD camera after the indentation in the test material, evaluation and display of the measured data on the display, safe data storage in the database and printing of the evaluated and processed results. The micro-hardness test cycle can be started directly from the computer, which allows the control part in the computer. The computer is equipped with a Windows operating system, a micro-hardness tester software and the necessary drivers needed to connect the CCD camera and start the measurement.
