BRINELL HPO-3000 K

Brinell HPO-3000K/HT is a camera hardness tester designed to measure hardness with the Brinell method according to the standard STN EN ISO 6506. The base of the hardness tester is a cast-iron frame in which the drive unit (gear pump with oil tank and engine), the mechanism for controlling the load piston and the working piston with the table are placed. The indent is scanned by a sensitive CCD camera with high-resolution, which is needed to accurately process the measured results. The evaluation of the indent and subsequent processing of the measurement is carried out by means of a computer with which the CCD camera is connected. The computer of device Brinell HPO-3000K/HT works under the operating system Windows.

Software description

The software of device is designed for the collection and statistical evaluation of measured data of hardness testers operating according to the Brinell and Vickers methods. The product uses the network and allows automatic data export to SQL server, where it is possible to further process it. The measurement results are also available to other users thanks to the accessibility of the database in a network environment.
