Camera hardness tester V-50 K/HT

The hardness tester consists of a cast metal frame which houses the loading and measuring unit. The evaluation of the created imprint is carried out by a sensitive CCD camera with high resolution, necessary for precise processing of measured results. The camera is connected to PC .The hardness tester works under the Windows operating system.

General description of the software

This new software for collecting and statistic hardness tester data evaluating works in accordance with Vickers method. This product fully cooperates with the network and enables automatic data exporting to a SQL server for their further processing, so that the measured results are also accessible to other users in case of necessity.

The delivered software accessories are intended for processing the picture obtained from the CCD camera. After the hardness tester has created the imprint in the tested material, automatic picture processing takes place and the hardness of the tested sample is automatically displayed. The software enables the tester to control the measured hardness value by setting adequate tangent lines on the created imprint. It enables the tester to evaluate and display the measured data on the screen and calculate the layer depth after chemical and thermal treatment, to archive of the data in the database and to print the measured and processed data on the connected ink-jet or laser-jet printer. The computer control unit makes it possible to start the measuring cycle from the computer screen, to select the load in the correspondent method, In the computer are installed: MS Windows operating system, hardness tester software, necessary drivers for the connected CCD camera and for starting the measurement.
