Rockwell RB-1/PC

The hardness tester is intended for measuring the hardness of metallic materials by the following methods:

Rockwell – according to the standard STN EN ISO 6508

Brinell – for ball with diameter Ø 2.5 mm, according to the standard STN EN ISO 6506.

The machine control computer allows

  • for the selected measuring method, select the indenter, main load and weight
  • corrections for uneven surfaces
  • communication language setting: Slovak, Czech, English and German
  • to set date and time
  • to define measurement time
  • to determine the strength and also the depth of the indent
  • conversion for other scales according to the standard DIN 50 150
  • to transfer data to PC
  • statistical processing of results
  • direct print of protocols
  • to control the sensor settings
