METAL DP is a cutting saw in a compact desktop design which is working in wet or dry environment. The cutting discs are variable up to a maximum diameter of ∅ 250 mm with the possibility of cutting materials up to a diameter of ∅ 95 mm. The machine has a 3-phase sufficiently dimensioned motor, which together with the supplied recirculation cooling, ensures short cutting times and guarantees high cutting quality without affecting the material in the cutting plane.
The material cutting process can be monitored and controlled thanks to the big and unbreakable window located in the front wall of the waterproof cover. The workspace is illuminated with a sufficiently powerful fluorescent lamp to visual check the cutting process. The work area cover greatly attenuates cutting noise and is fitted with a limit switch to prevent work injury.
The clamping table has 210 mm x 210 mm T grooves, which make it possible to use various clamping jigs and thus simplify the clamping of even complicated components.
